Online list generator for creating sequences from 1 to 10 in Roman numerals.

Ideal for numbering documents, books, event plans, and other lists with classic Roman numerals. Offers vertical or horizontal layout, various separators, and wrappers.

How to create a 1–10 Roman-numeral list

The range 1–10 is set automatically. Follow four steps:

  • Output format: “Column” or “Row”.
  • Separator: comma, period, dash, space, “/”, “|”, or your own symbol.
  • Preview: see the result instantly.
  • Copy: click “Generate”, then “Copy” — the list is on the clipboard.

Additional settings

Step (interval): enter a number to skip values, e.g. 3 → I, IV, VII… or 10 → X, XX, XXX….

Wrapper: add characters before and after each numeral, such as brackets or quotes.

Export to .csv or .txt?

After generating, click “Save to file” and choose the format.

How to add a prefix?

In “Wrapper” enter text such as Chapter .

Reverse order?

Swap the start and end values, e.g. 101.

Custom separators or wrappers?

Select “Custom” and enter the symbols you need.

Multiple characters in a separator?

Under “Custom” you can enter several characters, e.g. “; ” or “ – ”.
